Leadership is built through reflection, resilience, and the willingness to learn continuously. My role is to help leaders uncover their strengths, navigate complexity with confidence, and create meaningful impact in their institutions and communities. My leadership philosophy has been shaped by more than four decades of working with people at every stage of their academic and professional journey. I’ve learned that leadership is not defined by titles or hierarchy — it is defined by how we show up for others, how we navigate uncertainty, and how we grow through experience.

My own journey began as an engineer with a multi-national organisation, evolved through entrepreneurship and innovation with Interlink Management Consultants Pty Ltd, and matured through years of academic leadership with five leading Australian universities. Along the way, I discovered that the most meaningful part of my work was helping people realise their potential. Whether mentoring early‑career academics, guiding teams through complex change, or supporting colleagues through pivotal career decisions, I found purpose in empowering others.
